In this day and age the internet controls many aspects of our lives. For this reason, teaching our children about the benefits and dangers of the internet is integral to the curriculum and school life. Our goal here at St James' is to equip every child with the tools they need to keep safe and to enjoy themselves when they go online.

E-safety Day is on February 5th 2017.
The children in Year 1 and Year 2 will be taking part in drama workshops that will support the work they do at school on keeping safe online.
Miss Smith will be leading an assembly for all the children and there will be activities for the children to do in class to teach them more about keeping safe online.
It is important that school and home work together to keep children safe online. Please download, sign and return the 'Using the Internet Safely' form.
