Dear Parents

We have had a lovely week. The children thoroughly enjoyed the trip to the park and were really well behaved- and the sun was out! They have enjoyed making chocolate Easter nests and we are sure they all loved eating them. The children had lots of fun on the Easter bunny hunt today with thanks to the PTA.

It has been a fantastic term and the children have loved our dinosaur topic. They have had some fantastic experiences, lots of fun and have learned a huge amount!

After the Easter holidays we will be writing our holiday news, concentrating on writing in the past tense. In Maths we will be solving missing number problems and in Science we will be learning about plants.

We have our church service on the 18th April in the afternoon. If you are able to help walk us to the church, please let us know via the contact book. We will be leaving at 2.00 for the service at 2.15. Thank you.

Please ensure your child ALWAYS has a coat at school, as even a nice start can turn cold or rainy. We have already had several children without coats.

Thank you all so much for our Easter gifts, you are very generous.

This web address for Paradise Park in Newhaven has got a fab dinosaur experience that might be of interest for a holiday day out:
There's also a dinosaur themed crazy golf course at Brighton Marina.
You might like to have a look at this link too for another idea for a day out.

We hope you have a good and restful break!

Happy Easter.

See you on 18th April
