Dear Parents,

This week we have been playing lots of sentence building games and breaking sentences into individual words. We have been using number lines to answer addition sums and exploring positional language to describe locations.

It was E-Safety day on Tuesday 7th February. We learnt all about how to keep safe online. We watched a puppet video and read a story about Smartie the Penguin. We learnt that if there is something online we are not happy with, we need to tell a grown up! All children will be coming home with an E-Safety letter. Please can you share this with your child, sign it and return to school.

Special books will be sent home today, please look through and add in anything you do over half term. The children will be talking about what they have done when we come back to school on Monday 20th February.

Apologies there is no newsletter this week, Mrs Shackleton is away on compassionate leave.

We hope you all have a lovely half term!
