5th May

What a lovely day we had at Bexhill. A HUGE thankyou to the parents who came to help us. We made sandcastles and collected shells. We clambered over the rock pools and found an enormous jellyfish. It was warm enough to eat our sandwiches on the beach and none of the seagulls bothered us! Our wet weather plan of the museum was not really needed but we had heard there was an enormous crab there and dinosaur bones so we had a very short visit.

In maths we will continue to revise all the operations. We will try to conquer telling the time and see if we can make various amounts using different coins.

In literacy we will look at some sea poetry.

We will also see what we can find out about Grace Darling .

Our words of the week are the same as last week.

Door floor poor hour our most travel towel tunnel and bucket.

We will also throw in went , when and what as these words are still tricky for some.

We hope you have a lovely weekend
